Launch You has allowed us to build a business around the things that matter most to us: family, surf, travel (and of course our wee dog Lucky!).

We are expats from America and Brazil living in Australia. Building an online business allows us not only the time freedom to spend more time doing the things we love, but the location freedom to travel to spend more time with our families overseas.

We love a good adventure as you may notice from the photos below, but we were fed up always being so busy trading our time for money.

We spent many years working long hours in stressful roles that were affecting our health and well-being. Mel running a busy mortgage brokering business, and Bernie working as an electrician on construction sites breathing in all the harmful chemical dust and further injuring his back.

Along the way to try and achieve more freedom and flexibility, we tried things like property investment and running our own businesses. These ventures taught us a lot and even earned us good income, but these business models had us even more tied down and were unable to give us the time and location freedom we were seeking.

We scoured the internet searching for the best way to 'escape the 9-5', but became constantly overwhelmed by the abundance of information, varying opinions and 'gurus' online. We knew we needed education and help from experts that had been in our shoes and managed to find the success and lifestyle we were looking for.

Launch You was recommended by a friend who has been successfully living the laptop lifestyle for over 10 years, she assured us this program was the best place she knew of to get started the right way.
